Project work is usually fixed-price after we scope the architecture. Retainer work is monthly — committed engineering capacity at a flat rate. Strategic advisory engagements are time & materials.
Cloud-native by default — AWS, Azure, or Aliyun depending on client constraints. CMS work is Drupal or WordPress. App frontends in React or Vue. Backend in Node, PHP, or .NET depending on the integration needs.
We're vendor-agnostic. No lock-in we wouldn't accept ourselves.
Most clients move into a managed services arrangement after launch — monitoring, updates, incident response, infrastructure operations. If you'd rather take it in-house, we hand over with full documentation and 60 days of transition support.
The handoff is the point. We don't lock you in.
A typical project runs with four to eight engineers across the four functional centres — architecture and project leadership from Hong Kong, development from Shanghai, infrastructure from Tianjin, plus Adelaide consulting input where relevant.
One named project lead is your single point of contact throughout.
Project work typically scopes and starts within two to three weeks of first contact. Retainer engagements can start within a week.
We don't take work we can't staff well, so we're honest about timing if our calendar is full.
